Please call 360-882-K925 to schedule your dog’s first playtime and temperament test.
On your first visit, please bring:
- Current vet records showing bordatella, canine influenza, distemper, and rabies vaccinations.
- Flea treatment records are also required.
To keep all dogs healthy, we do not allow dogs to play or have a temperament test until we have these records!
To save some time, the forms below can be printed, filled out and returned to us on your first visit.
